• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: While the founder holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, the services provided through this Company do not constitute physical therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, or clinical psychological therapy.

• No Medical/Mental Health Advice: Our coaching and consulting practices are not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any clinical mental health condition or medical disease. Engaging in our services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited strictly to the total dollar amount you have paid to us.
