My Perspective
While I loved treating dysfunction within the body as a Physical Therapist, I constantly felt limited in how I could truly show up for the whole person. Developing deep relationships and 'getting in the well' through emotional and spiritual attunement became a core focus of my approach to care to experience true growth.
My perspective on purpose, healing, and leadership expanded immensely when I began to face my own journey through addiction, burnout, and leadership failures. Seeking professional coaching changed my life. I learned that deep, lasting restoration requires a safe environment, the right nutrients, and a guide who isn't afraid to get their hands in the dirt.
Mission and Vision
Our Mission: To facilitate optimal inner alignment and restoration through healing what’s beneath the surface of behavior, cultivating the roots of character, moving individuals from functional burnout and isolation to spiritual and vocational fruitfulness.
Our Vision: A world where individuals and leaders operate from a place of integrated wholeness (body, mind, soul, and spirit), fueling a sense of authenticity that transforms, yet outlasts their performance.
Core Values
Calling (Impact): Every individual has a unique purpose within the larger body of their community and vocation.
Authenticity (Consistency): It is foundational to accept the gap between our own self-image and reality to foster genuine integrity.
Openness (Growth Mindset): Struggles are approached with curiosity rather than shame, believing this is a prerequisite for growth.
The Framework and Foundation
The Iceberg Model: Traditional approaches oftentime focus strictly on surface-level behavior. We ensure your growth is sustainable by focusing on understanding yourself on a deeper level.
-
Events: Navigating immediate crises, lapses in integrity, or conflicts.
-
Patterns: Identifying recurring cycles of behavior and stress.
-
Structures: Redesigning your daily environment, habits, and relational dynamics for success.
-
Mental Models: Reshaping the core beliefs that drive your life and leadership.
The Biblical Anchor: My work is fundamentally grounded in the wisdom of Luke 13:6–9. In this parable, the Gardener does not immediately cut down the barren fig tree. Instead, He initiates a season of intentional, deep digging. This represents my approach to Soul Care. We do the difficult work of exposing the roots and providing the necessary fertilizer so that your life can finally bear the fruit it was designed to produce.
